1. Seminar Agenda

Develop an agenda for the seminar.

2. Presentation

Develop a PowerPoint, or other type of presentation to assist the facilitator(s) with the conduct of the seminar.

3. Other Documentation

Develop any other documentation that you would like at your seminar, such as table tents, identification badges, posters, maps, etc.

4. Logistics/Participant Tracking

Develop a document or documents to assist you in the tracking of logistics (facility information, food ordering, seminar layout, etc.)and participant RSVPs.

5. Documentation Review/Approval

Prior to the seminar, ensure that the Seminar Planning Team has reviewed and approved all documentation.
